Rose Mirage provides creative direction, planning, and on-the-ground production coordination for proposals, weddings, and private events in Morocco.

Our inquiry workflow:

• Inquiry and availability confirmation.
• Concept design and production planning.
• Vendor sourcing and coordination under our supervision.
• On-site execution with a dedicated team.

These terms provide general guidance. Specific commercial terms (payments, deposits, cancellation policies, deliverables) are confirmed in your signed quote/contract. The signed contract takes precedence over these general terms.

Payment terms are handled case-by-case and defined in your signed quote. A deposit is typically required to secure dates and activate production planning.

Specific payment schedules, deposit amounts, and refund policies are confirmed in your signed quote/contract.

Cancellation terms are defined in your signed quote/contract. Cancellations impact vendor reservations and production commitments. The applicable cancellation terms are confirmed in writing as part of your agreement.

We orchestrate vendors as part of an integrated production. Specific vendor selection may vary based on availability and quality standards.

We reserve the right to refuse requests that compromise safety, legality, or our execution standards.

We commit to professional diligence in planning and execution. However, outcomes may be impacted by force majeure or third-party constraints (venue restrictions, weather, governmental rules, vendor performance).

Our liability is limited to the scope defined in your signed contract. We maintain appropriate professional standards and work with trusted partners.

These terms are governed by applicable Moroccan law. Jurisdiction and dispute resolution are defined in the signed quotation or agreement.
